3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

4. Database Access and Security

When connecting your database to our service:

  • You must provide only read-only database credentials
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to connect the database
  • You should use IP allowlisting and other security measures as appropriate
  • You acknowledge that we will analyze your database schema to provide our service
  • You retain full ownership and control of your database and data

6. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period

DbFlux and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and any dashboards you create.

8. Data Processing and Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate and legally provided.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses due to service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
